fabricates and repairs fixed tubesheet, floating head, and U-tube heat exchangers in accordance with TEMA standards. In addition, we manufacture double pipe (conventional and high pressure) and air cooled heat exchangers. Need a spare? We also produce replacement bundles for your existing exchangers.

Field Services
If you need to get back on line fast, we’ve got the solution. From hydro-blasting to testing and plugging tubular heat exchangers and pressure vessels, EST Heat Exchanger has the equipment and expertise to handle the toughest job. We offer and install patented Pop-A-Plug® tube plugs and tube stabilizing products. Our experienced service technicians can quickly plug both ends of a leaking floating head exchanger tube, without extracting the bundle or dropping the floating head.

Pressure Vessel Design & Fabrication
As holders of an ASME U Stamp, EST Heat Exchanger offers expert pressure vessel design and fabrication to your requirements, as well as in accordance with the ASME Boiler and Vessel Code.

Flange, Tank and Pipe Testing
Using patented EST tooling, our service technicians can isolate and hydrostatically test plain open end pipe and welded flange-to-pipe, flange-to-nozzle, and nozzle-to-tank connections in minutes. Each testing plug is designed to minimize the amount of water consumed during testing. This not only speeds filling and draining operations, but reduces water handling and treatment expenses. All tests are carried out to ANSI B16.5 requirements.
